I wanted to create something with the children that was fresh, fruity and healthy instead of the usual unhealthy sugar-loaded cakes.
Cut the oranges in half widthways and then scoop out the flesh.
Crush the ginger biscuits.
Line the bottom of each empty orange with a crushed up ginger biscuit.
Mix the double cream, yoghurt, strawberries and grapes together and fill up each orange cup with the mixture.
