A quick and easy take on bircher muesli, these lightly spiced oats only need to be soaked for a few minutes before they're ready. Serve with your favourite fresh fruits for a deliciously healthy breakfast.
- Place the oats, seeds and ginger in a food processor and blend for 5–10 seconds. Divide amongst 4 cereal bowls then pour the orange juice over the oats and allow to stand for 2–3 minutes before eating.
- Serve topped with a small spoon of half fat crème fraîche or low-fat Greek yogurt if desired or a handful of fresh raspberries, strawberries, satsuma segments or grapes.
