I bought this pasta for the first time thanks to a coupon I got from being a member of Tesco Orchard. The pasta turned out to be great!
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (180 C Fan).
Chop up the bell pepper and cut the olives in half. Spread evenly on a baking tray and roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
Chop up the sundried tomatoes and set aside.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and drain. Set aside and allow to cool.
Add the roasted peppers, olives, sundried tomatoes and all the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate until needed.
The Orzo pasta can take a few minutes longer than what it says on the packet to cook. Take a few grains out after 8 min and check to see if it needs longer.
