Oven Baked Corned Beef Hash Pie recipe

Peel and chop the potatoes into 1/4s. Rinse and cook for 20-25 mins in boiling water.

Meanwhile pre-heat oven to 200C/180C fan.

Fry onion and mushrooms for 3 mins till soft

Stir in Worcestershire sauce, corned beef and baked beans.

Mash potatoes with the butter and milk

Put corned beef hash mix in an oven proof dish and cover with the mashed potatoes. Lightly run a fork over the top to create pretty lines

Bake for 25mins or until browned to your liking

Serve with peas or veg of your choice
