Take the salmon fillets and place on a tin foil base. Smear 1tbsp of butter on each fillet. Then sprinkle approx 2tbsp of Oxo Shake & Flavour Garlic & Herb onto each fillet. Wrap the salmon in a loose foil parcel, and add to the centre of a pre heated oven, around 180 degree centigrade for around 10-15 minutes.
Take the country veg and pour into a pan of water, covering the surface of the veg, and allow to boil, then remove and drain, ensuring there is still a crisp to them.
Serve the vegetables onto the plates, and remove the salmon from the oven, then plate up and tuck in!
