Oven roast vegetables HERO

Place all vegetables into a bowl. Sprinkle with fennel seeds, 3 crushed garlic cloves, thyme and bay leaves and mix well.

Add Flora Cuisine to a hot roasting tin and wait for it to go clear.

Place all the vegetables into the tin and toss well together.

Roast in preheated oven 200 ° C, 180 °C fan oven, Gas Mark 6 for 30-40 minutes.
