Combine all the ingredients together except honey and yoghurt and chill overnight. Serve with yoghurt and honey.

  • 240ml Milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp Bioglan chia & flax
  • 1 tbsp Dried fruit of your choice
  • 2 tsp Coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp Honey, to serve
  • 2 tbsp Yoghurt, to serve
