This recipe, together with Tesco skinless chicken breasts saved me!! I just got bored with chicken and found myself in the kitchen looking at 4 chicken breasts, thinking, what am I supposed to with that? So, I tried this. Woo hoo! Success! Kids have loved it, so much so, they have taken the recipe to their various Uni halls to share! LOL! I'm on a seriously limited budget and this works for me!

Get a bowl or something similar, add a dollop of olive oil, a touch of garlic, (more, if you like garlic) some rosemary,and black pepper. Coat the breasts, (literally, just a swipe) then add to a hot frying pan - be very aware of spitting!!! Simply fry until cooked, making sure that all sides of the chicken breasts are coated with the ingredients. Serve, and enjoy!

Add, or decrease, the ingredients to your liking ..it's all about taste and opinions! This can be served cold, with a salad (my kids love it cold!), or hot, with salad or with fresh seasonal veg or with roasted veg, such as butternut squash, aubergines, peppers, etc.. Just do it, it is so more ish! I'm sorry I don't have a photo to upload, but this is never around for long enough!!
