Pan seared tuna with soy ginger sauce recipe

Crush the sesame seeds to release their flavour. Heat the oil in a pan.

Pan fry the tuna for approx 2 minutes on each side.

Meanwhile mix together sauce ingredients. When tuna is cooked to your preference, sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle over the sauce. Srtve with noodles and edamame.

  • 1 tbsp Black sesame seeds
  • 2 Fresh tuna steaks
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 tsp crushed chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp Sugar
