Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-to-high heat and fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the beef and cook, stirring to break up for 10 minutes until browned. Add the beans, peas and sweetcorn and stir well then add the passata and 1 tablespoon of the mustard. Allow to cook, stirring occasionally, for 25 minutes adding a little water if the mixture becomes dry.

Meanwhile, cook the potatoes in a pan of boiling salted water for 20 minutes until tender. Drain and and the milk, butter and remaining tablespoon of mustard. Mash until smooth.

Remove the mince and vegetable mixture from the heat and stir in the gravy granules to thicken. Divide the mixture between 4 individual heatproof serving bowls and using a spatula top with the mashed potato and smooth the top. Serve at once.

Tip: Use whatever vegetables you have available, tinned or frozen.
