This is a really easy salmon recipe which is hard to over cook - so the fish remains nice and tender.
Preheat oven to 120C and line a roasting tin with greaseproof paper.
Place the salmon in the roasting tin and season with salt and pepper.
Combine the sugar, paprika and oil together and brush onto the salmon.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the fish is just cooked and then serve, pouring the juices over the fish.
Serve this with a tomato, corn and avocado salsa on a tortilla wrap.
