New Zealand is one of the world’s largest producers of sauvignon blanc, which tastes sublime mixed with fresh fruit juice and a dash of rum – make it by the jugful.

In a large pitcher, mix the wine, passion fruit and peach juice and rum, and chill.

When ready to serve, add the ice and fruit. Stir and serve. Decorate glasses with the kiwi fruit slices, if liked.

  • 300ml Tesco apple mango passion fruit and peach juice not from concentrate
  • 75ml (3fl oz) white rum
  • 3-4 handfuls ice
  • 1 Braeburn apple, cored and sliced
  • 3 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced, plus extra to decorate
