If you like your food spicy, sprinkle some chilli flakes with the anchovies and garlic.
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Cook the broccoli florets in the water for three minutes, remove and set to one side. Cook the pasta in the same pan, as per the pack cooking instructions.
In a separate pan sauté the onion, garlic and anchovies, add the wine and reduce. Add the cooked broccoli and pasta to the pan and stir well. Season well and sprinkle with the grated parmesan.
