Pasta perfection recipe

Chop the bacon into lardons and finely dice the onion. Place both in a pan and fry until the onions are golden.

Cook pasta in a seperate pan of boiling water.

Chop the courgette in to batons and add to the onions and bacon. Add the mushrooms and mustard, and cook gently for a further 5 mins.

Add creme fraiche and cooked drained pasta to all other ingriedients, stir for a minute until the pasta is covered with sauce.

Serve with crusty bread and sprinkle with grated cheese.
