Bring a large pan of water to the boil, add pasta and cook for 8 minutes. Add vegetables and bring back to the boil for another 2 minutes and cook veg until just tender. Drain well and allow to cool.

Add cheese, pepper and cucumber to the pasta with yogurt, lemon rind and black pepper. Toss well and serve.
