Pasta with slowroasted tomatoes and herbs recipe

Chop tomatoes, rocket and fresh herbs and put in a large casserole dish or pan. Crush the garlic cloves by putting them under a chopping board and push. Add the crushed garlic, dry herbs and olive oil to the casserole dish / pan. Roast everything in the oven for 2 h in 20 degrees. When ready serve with roasted pine nuts and parmesan shavings.

  • 2 bags Rocket
  • 2 dl fresh herbs
  • 2 tbs dry herbs
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 0.5 dl pine nuts
