Skin squash, add to roasting tray and roast with some oil and herbs of your choice for 25 mins.

Cut pastry into 6 equal pieces

Cut mushrooms, defrost spinach and drain lentils

Combine ingredients and place into center of pastry pieces

Brush pastry with milk and fold/roll edges over

Cook for 30 mins
