Indulge in these quick and easy barbecue quesadillas, oozing with banana, peanut butter, chocolate and marshmallows - the perfect no frills dessert for a lazy summer's evening.
Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter and sprinkle with the sugar and a little ground cinnamon. Spread peanut butter over one half of each tortilla and top with sliced banana, dark chocolate and marshmallows. Fold over the other half of the tortilla and press to seal.
Cook the quesadillas on the barbecue for about 2 minutes, each side, until gooey and toasted. Remove from the heat and cut into wedges to serve.
