Peanut butter crispies recipe

grease and line a 18cm baking tin

melt the butter in a sauce pan and add in the mini marshmellows

remove from the heat and begin to stir in the peanut butter untill evenly mixed

add the rice crispies and stir until all covered

place in the baking tin and leave to cool before putting in the fridge to set for approx 1 hour

  • 180g mini marshmallows
  • 100g Peanut butter
  • 75g Kelloggs Rice Crispies
