Heat a little oil in a frying pan big enough to take your wraps flat.
Spread one of your wraps with the nutella and the other with the peanut butter.
Slice the pear thinly and lay the slices on top of the wrap spread with peanut butter. Put the other wrap on top, nutella side down.
Place the wraps into the frying pan and cook for 2 minutes, until the wrap starts to turn golden underneath. Carefully flip over and cook on the other side for a further 2 minutes.
When ready carefully slide the quesadilla onto a chopping board, cut into quarters and transfer to a plate. Serve with creme fraiche and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
You can substitute the peanut butter for any other nut butter you like, or for some fruit puree if you'd rather.
