Peas tossed in butter with fresh mint recipe

Peas with mint and butter HERO

Add the butter to a pan with a drop of water (approx 2-3 tbsp) and throw in the Knorr Chicken Stock Pot.

Dissolve the mixture on a high heat to create an emulsion (a liquid dispersed into another liquid). Once dissolved, add the peas and reduce for 1-2 minutes. This will help to concentrate the liquid and the flavour.

Just before serving add the fresh herbs.
