slice the pepper steaks into smaller pieces of meat and place into casserole dish

pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees

slice the mushrooms and onions and place into dish with meat

make up the gravey and pour over the meat,onions and mushrooms place lid on casserole dish

when the oven has heated up place dish into oven for 1 hour half way through cooking time stir the casserole

after stirring casserole half way through prepare the potatoes and brocolli

boil the potatoes for about the last 30 mins until soft

towards the end of the cooking time cook your brocolli to the way you like it

after the cooking time mash the potatoes and serbe on plates ladle the casserole over the potatoes and serve with the broccoli on the side and enjoy

if you cannot buy any peppered staeks pepper them yourself with a pepper mill and pepper corns

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 knob of butter for mash potato
  • 3-4 florets brocooli per person
