Pesto topped fish recipe

Lightly grease a baking tray with the olive oil and place in a preheated oven at 180deg cent.

Spread 1 tbsp pesto onto each fish fillet.

Top the pesto with breadcrumbs.

Bake on the baking tray for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
