1. start by peeling all the skin off of the pineapple and the pulp out.
Pre-heat your pan. add the pulp and cups of water and leave to cook for about 20 to 25 mins on a medium gas. Keep stirring until it becomes soft.
add the sugar and lime juice.cook for 30 minutes.
Then it should be ready
4.Spoon the jam into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
