Pineapple raita recipe

Add this recipe to your binder.

Dice the pineapple into cubes of around 1cm (½in). Beat the yogurt with salt and ½ tsp ground pepper to a smooth mixture. Add the diced pineapple pieces. Garnish with the remaining pepper, cumin and basil leaves. Serve cold.
