Ground pink peppercorns and Sichuan peppercorns into a powder in a blender.
In a pan add olive oil and fry the chicken pieces golden brown.Keep aside.
In the same pan,add more olive oil,ginger,spring oinions.Fry well.
Now add grounded peppercorn powder,Shaoxing rice wine,soya sauce,salt,pepper pwd,chilli oil n cook well.
Lastly add the chicken and cook for 5 mins.
Sprinkle chopped spring onions & serve with jasmine rice or spaghetti.
