Poached Haddock with Cheese and Sweetcorn recipe

Heat the oven to 200C (180C) gas 6.
Place haddock and ovenproof dish, season and cover with the milk. Cook for 15 mins
Sprinkle over the sweetcorn and parmesan
Add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper, if you like.
Bake for 10 mins. Serve with a sprig of parsley, if you like.

Serve with mash potato.
