Poppy seed bread

I love making bread and keep experimenting with different recipes. This is my favourite. It‘s so easy to make your own bread and create new, exciting and tasty loafs ready fresh each morning.

Measure all your ingredients into the bread machine‘s tin, by placing the tin onto a set of accurate scales. Add them (except last one ;-)) in the order stated above- this ensures the yeast doesn‘t interact with water before the breadmaker warms to required temperature.

Place tin into your bread machine. Set to white loaf setting- this should take about 3-4 hours on most machines.

Remove loaf as soon as machine is ready otherwise it gets soggy.
