Pork, Apple and Rosemary Patties

Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, Gas Mark 6.

Finely chop the onion and apple.

Place the onion, apple, mince, apple sauce, rosemary, salt and pepper into a large bowl and mix together.

Slowly add the breadcrumbs to the mixture until it holds together.

Shape the mixture into 8 patties by hand and place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until cooked through.

Can be Served with Salad and Potato Wedges.
