slice mushrooms and onions.
saute mushrooms and onions with cooking oil until soft - about 10 mins
thinly slice pork fillet
add to pan when onions and mushrooms are nearly soft
keep the pork fillet moving until the pork is cooked - add a little water if needed
add balsamic dressing and stir to combine.
season to taste - usually just a little pepper
- you can use any mixture of mushrooms
- add a couple tablespoons of water to avoid burning sauteed mushrooms and onions
