This is a favourite of my mother in law
Pre heat fan oven to 180 degrees
Heat oil in pan and fry pork for a few minutes to seal in flavour and put in an oven proof dish
Fry onion and peppers and add to oven proof dish
Pour the can of soup over the pork, onions and peppers
Put in oven and cover and cook for about an hour and a half until the pork falls apart, the soup has thickened and the onions and peppers are very soft
Serve with boiled potatoes and peas. It freezes really well so make a big batch and dish out portions for a quick meal. Pork chops or leg steaks work just as well.
