Under pressure to serve fast, healthy, cheap, easy, meals (breakfast).

Put the oats into the boiling water in a large pot, turned on to a medium to high heat. Add the milk, & heat up stirring. In between whiles, quickly set your table.

When the porridge is thick, pour into bowls, & serve with a little cold milk round the edge of each bowl, & some honey or brown sugar drizzled on top.

Add fresh berries (optional) for a snazzy touch.
