Chop the carrots and finest* Venezia potatoes into long thin strips, like “chunky matchsticks“. Soak them in fresh cold water for 5 mins then drain well.

Melt half the butter in a warmed frying pan. Add in the finest* Venezia potatoes and carrots and keep them moving. Add in the mange-tout.The finest* Venezia potatoes are just right when they are softend but still slightly crisp.

Add in the remaining butter and the soy sauce and remove from pan wen finest* Venezia potatoes are coated.

Serve and enjoy.

Drain the finest* Venezia potatoes well after soaking. Don`t overcook the finest* Venezia potatoes.
