Potted shrimps HERO

Divide the prawns or shrimps between the 6 individual ramekin dishes (or place in one large serving dish, if preferred).

Melt the butter over a very low heat. Add the cayenne and ground black pepper then pour over the prawns.

Place the ramekins in the fridge to set, and serve with fingers of Irish wheaten or crusty bread.
