Using the fish stock pot really adds depth to the flavor
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and add the roughly chopped spring greens, & chilli until sweat the greens until they have wilted
Now add the cooked peeled prawns, fresh noodles & fish stock (made up)
Bring to the boil, then simmer gently for 10 minutes
Serve with crusty bread for a family favourite soup
