Chop 4 of the prawns very finely so they are a mush. Chop the other 3 prawns coarsely so they remain chunky.
Place the prawns in a bowl cover them in mayonnaise and add corn flour.
Once well mixed, make the mixture into a burger shape.
Optionally cover and place in the fridge for 2 hours to help it bind.
When ready to cook, dip burger in corn flour followed by beaten egg then breadcrumbs. Make sure bread crumbs stick.
Shallow fry until golden brown
