Beat eggs with milk. Season with pepper.
Cook gently in a nonstick pan stirring constantly until the scrambled eggs are cooked.
Cut each muffin in half and then lightly grill.
Meanwhile, cut cherry tomatoes into small dice.
Spread generously with Mayonnaise on the bottom of the muffin. Top with scrambled eggs, prawns, tomatoes, a few leaves of rocket and chopped dill.
Sandwich with muffin top.
If serving vulnerable groups, elderly people, toddlers, pregnant women and people who are unwell, ensure eggs are thoroughly cooked.
