I first had this dish at a small taverna on the island of Zante. It is delicious served in small dishes as a starter, or with rice as a main meal
Fry onions and garlic in olive oil for 5 mins until soft.
Add tomatoes, crumbled stock cube, 1/2 tsp of paprika, 1/2 tsp oregano and 10g of parsley. Simmer gently for 5 mins
Add prawns and crumbled feta cheese. Cook for a further 3 mins, stirring gently.Season to taste
Place into an oven proof pot. Sprinkle over remaining herbs and spices. Bake in the oven at 200C for 30 mins until starting to brown.
NB> If the feta cheese is not very creamy add a small amount of cream to the mixture when adding the cheese
