Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the onion and garlic until soft. Add the wine, bring to the boil and then simmer until reduced by half.
Add the tomato sauce and water and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add the prawns and simmer for 5 minutes until they are cooked through.
Preheat the grill to hot.
Transfer the mixture to an oven proof dish and crumble on the feta cheese. Place under the grill until the cheese just begins to brown. Finish by sprinkling with the dried oregano.
Serve with crusty bread and a green salad. Also delicious served over pasta. Enjoy!
