Cook the pasta in boiling water for 9-10 minutes or as directed on the packet. Meanwhile make the almond pesto - place the almonds, Parmesan, garlic and basil in a liquidizer or food processor and whizz until very finely chopped, add oil, whizz to a paste.
Drain the pasta then stir in the prawns and pesto and toss until well coated. Serve hot or can be eaten cold as a salad.
