wash the lentils with cold water

use a 24cm diameter stew pot

chop the carrot and the potato into medium size.

Add lentils and all ingredients into the pot.

cover with cold water

medium heat and cook for 45 mins. Stir occasionally to prevent the lentils to stick to the bottom of the pot.

you can use a veggie cube for more flavour

  • 1 potato
  • 200g Chorizo sausage
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • tsp smoked paprika
  • tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • tsp fine salt
