This is a very quick desert that I make when I want something sweet and don't have time to bake
whip the cream in a bowl
add the cream cheese and mix
add a couple of drops of sweetener (use powder if you can't find the liquid one) to sweeten to your taste
fold in the blueberries with a wooden spoon
served on digestive biscuits
Serve straight on the digestive biscuits to avoid using butter and therefore cutting calories right down.
Use sweetener for even less calories. Feel free to use sugar if you are not bothered about the calorie content.
