Heat olive oil, add chopped onions and garlic and saute until translucent.
Add the minced beef and cook to brown.
Add chilli powder and stir.
Add condensed tomato soup and drained red kidney beans.
Stir well and simmer for 12-15 minutes.
Serve with rice or baked potatos & salad.
If you have a slug of cooking wine, this can help -if not keep an eye that it doesn't stick to the bottom of the saucepan while cooking. And, if necessary add a bit of water.
We often serve this with sliced bananas or sour cream.
