A quick and straightforward Italian-inspired supper, perfect for sharing with friends and family, this delicious meat-free lasagne recipe features tortelloni in the place of minced meat. Lashings of grated Parmesan is a must!
- Preheat the oven to gas 5, 190°C, fan 170°C. Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions, then drain well. Mix the cooked pasta with the tomato sauce and pour into a large baking dish.
- Stir together the crème fraîche and 3 tbsp of water until smooth, then drizzle over the pasta.
- Scatter with the Parmesan and bake in the oven for 12-15 mins, until golden and bubbling all over.
