Preheat the oven to gas 5, 190°C, fan 170°C. Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions, then drain well. Mix the cooked pasta with the tomato sauce and pour into a large baking dish.
Stir together the crème fraîche and 3 tbsp of water until smooth, then drizzle over the pasta.
Scatter with the Parmesan and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until golden and bubbling all over.
