I had leftover soup and a small amount of pasta in the cupboard and needed a filling hot snack in a very short time. This soup dish was delicious!
Pour soup into a saucepan, add black pepper and fresh chopped chilli to taste. Bring to a simmering boil.
Break the Fusilli Lunghi Col Bugu *Finest pasta into small pieces and add to the pan.
Simmer for 10-12 minutes until the pasta is cooked, stirring occasiohnally to stop the pasta sticking to the pan.
Serve with hot garlic bread.
This recipie uses chicken soup, if you wanted a vegetarian alternative I suggest cream of asparagus, or plain mushroom.
