Trim the fat from the sirloin steak and pan fry with a little oil.
Wash the bagged salad and place into a large shallow bowl or serving plate.
Grate or crumble the blue cheese with your hands and add to the salad.
Mix the red wine vinegar and olive oil together for a dressing. Drizzle over the salad and cheese. Slice the steaks into 1cm ribbons and scatter over the salad.
Mix all together and serve with sun dried tomato and olive bread for a quick and easy lunch.
You could use sesame oil or truffle oil for extra flavouring and sauce!
