QUICK STRAWBERRY AND BANANA SORBETHERO

Empty the sachets of frozen strawberry and banana into a food processor. Add the sugar and lime zest and juice and whizz until smooth.

Transfer to a freezer proof container and freeze for 30mins until firmed slightly. Spoon into glasses or bowls and serve with wafers.
