Use any leftovers, chicken, pepperoni or chilli - suit it to your taste.
Chop the red onion and peppers and fry in a little spray oil. When cooked put to one side on a plate.
Place one of the tortilla wraps on a different frying pan with no oil. Add the peppers and onion, shred the ham and scatter across the wrap. Scatter the pinapples across the wrap.
evenly spread the cheese on the wrap and place another tortilla wrap on top. Press down and check the underside is not burning. When ready place a large plate on top of it then flip the frying pan over, this makes it easier to put the wraps back on the pan to cook the otherside. Cook the over side and repeat the process to cook another one.
When underside of tortilla is cooked, serve on plate. Using a pizza cutter slice into 4 and enjoy!
The plate is helpful to stop the wraps going into a heap also young children love as its pizza without the mess
