Chop the mushrooms,peppers and onions into big chunks and the chilli and garlic as fine as you possibly can. add a tbl spoon of oil to a pan, add the peppers, mushrooms and onions and cook on a medium heat till softened.
Whilst the veg is cooking add 2 tbl spoons of oil to a pan and heat the oil on a medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the whole packet of Quorn meatballs to the pan and cook them for 5 minutes until golden brown. (Don't forget to turn them every so often)
Once the meatballs are cooked add the 2 tins of chopped tomato and the previously chopped garlic and chilli to the pan with the meat balls. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, start preparing your pasta. Add 250g of gigli tesco finest pasta to a pan. Add boiling water, a pinch of salt and allow to cook for 5-7 minutes.
Once the pasta is done. Place onto a plate, top with meatballs add a sprinkling of chilli cheese and enjoy!
