Raisin Flapjacks recipe

I love to make Flapjacks because it is easy and the children love them.

Heat butter, syrup and sugar in a pan until melted. Mix in the oat and raisin.

Spread the mixture in a greased baking tin 20cm by 30cm. Bake in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes Gas 4/180C/ 350F.

Leave to cool. Cut into squares.Serve with afternoon tea.
